His Lordship, Most Rev. Dr. Delany, Bishop of Cork, presided at the Solemn Requiem Mass at the Sacred Heart Church, Glounthaune. The Celebrant of the Mass was, Very Rev. George Sheehan, P.P., St. Patrick’s; deacon was, Fr. Timothy Murphy, Chaplain, Cork Workhouse; subdeadon was, Fr. Thomas Burke, Chaplain, Fever Hospital, and the master of ceremonies were, Fr. Daniel McNamara, C.C. Cathedral and Fr. Henry Reed, Chaplain, Sisters of Mercy.
