All are welcome to this special diocesan celebration.
There are striking similarities between the logo for the Jubilee of Hope and our Diocesan logo for the Year of Prayer, Listening and Discernment.

Both logos use the image of the People of God.
We are all unique individuals with our own gifts and talents, but united in love as God's family.
The Church as a boat in rough waters symbolises that life's pilgrimage is not always straightforward. We need to hold on to the cross of Jesus, God-with-us, who gives us faith and hope. The phrase 'Pilgrims of Hope' and the boat and sail in our Diocesan logo are green to show we are a hope-filled Church led by the Holy Spirit.
"Hope does not disappoint us, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us" (Romans 5:5)
