Solemnity of All Saints
Introduction (by the Presider): Inspired by the example of all the saints, and trusting in God’s love and mercy, we bring our prayers before him.
- For the Church: that she may continue to inspire all people to holiness and lead them towards the joy of eternal life. Lord, hear us.
- For our meetings in Families of Parishes: that the Holy Spirit may guide our conversations and help us work together to strengthen parish life. Lord, hear us.
- For those in need: that those facing financial hardships and housing difficulties may find the help and support they need. Lord, hear us.
- For young people: that the witness of the saints may inspire them to live the Gospel more faithfully. Lord, hear us.
- For those who mourn the loss of loved ones: that they may find comfort in God’s love and hope in the promise of eternal life. Lord, hear us.
- For all nations affected by war and conflict: that peace and justice may overcome hatred and division. Lord, hear us.
The Presider prays for the dead: For those who have died (especially N&N): that they may be welcomed into the joy of heaven with all the saints. Lord, hear us.
Conclusion (by the Presider): Heavenly Father, hear the prayers we place before you, and grant us the grace to remain faithful to your will in all we do, through Christ, our Lord.

- For those who are sad because someone they love has died: that they may find comfort in knowing God loves them and is always close to them. Lord, hear us.
- For peace in the world: that people living where there is war and fighting may soon know peace and safety. Lord, hear us.
The Presider prays for the dead: For those who have died (especially N&N): that God may welcome them into heaven where they will be happy forever. Lord, hear us.
Conclusion (by the Presider): Loving Father, listen to our prayers and help us to follow Jesus by loving and caring for one another. We make our prayer through Jesus our Lord.
