Fr. George Woodall is professor of moral theology and bioethics at Rome’s Regina Apostolorum university. A former director of the secretariat of the Pontifical Academy for Life, he is also an expert in Canon Law and has published many articles and books on moral theology and bioethics. Fr Woodall is the author of “Humanae Vitae; Forty Years on: A New Commentary” published in 2008 on the 40th Anniversary of the encyclical. A new revised edition is set for release this year to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Humanae Vitae.
