Bishop Fintan visits Turner’s Cross parish

Bishop Fintan celebrated Mass at the Church of Christ the King, Turner’s Cross during a pastoral visit.

The Bishop’s weekend pastoral visit on Pentecost Sunday, 23rd May, was to Turner’s Cross Parish, Cork.  

Bishop Fintan celebrated Mass at the Church of Christ the King on Sunday at 10 am and at 12 midday.  He encouraged the congregation and spoke of the co-responsibility of people, priests and bishop for the mission of the Church in the challenging times ahead as we emerge from the coronavirus pandemic.

After Mass, Bishop Fintan met a number of parishioners including Ministers of the Word and Eucharist, volunteer stewards and members of the Presentation Brothers community in Turner’s Cross.
