Veneration of the Relic of St. Teresa of Calcutta in Cork

The veneration of the relic of St Teresa of Calcutta is taking place in many places around the country at the moment. The Relic will be in Cork during the coming week visiting St. Patrick’s Church, Bandon, the Cathedral of St. Mary and St. Anne and the Church of Ss. Peter and Paul. The following is the schedule for that visit:

Monday July, 10th  
7.00 pm    

Reception into St. Patrick’s Church, Bandon, veneration until 10.00pm  (Relic to be secured overnight).

Tuesday, July 11th
Veneration until 11.00 am in St. Patrick’s Church, Bandon (Mass at 9. 30 am)
2.00 pm to 10.00 pm 
Veneration in Brú Columbanus  (Relic to be secured overnight).

Wednesday July, 12th  
7.00 pm    

Reception into Cathedral of St. Mary & St. Anne, veneration until close of Cathedral.  (Relic to be secured overnight).

Thursday, July 13th
Cathedral of St. Mary & St. Anne,   Veneration until 11.30 am
11.30 am 
Transfer of Relic to Church of Ss. Peter & Paul
12.00 noon
Reception into Church of Ss. Peter & Paul for 12.30 pm Mass.  Veneration until  3.30 pm
